Timber Floors, Appliances, Inspection and Handover Date

Builders have been back a couple of weeks and we now are almost there. Timber floors were installed this week and Appliances went in today. Tried to get in for a look today but the tradies had finished before I got there. I did get some pictures through the windows.

We also had our walk through booked in for 2 weeks time and Handover 2 weeks after that. This will mean that we are 6 or 7 weeks ahead of contract so we are happy about that!!!

Christmas Push

1 week to shut down and we are so close but so far when there doesn't seem to much left to do!!!!
This being said we are very happy with the progress and are well ahead of our contracted time. We appear to be close to 2 months ahead of schedule.

Tiling finished and Acessories being installed

Had a site visit to see finished tiling and go through the positioning of the acessories in the bathrooms. I must say the tiler has done an excellent job and we are very happy with results based on a quick walk through. The water tanks have also been delivered and plumbed in.

So we have had good progress with the kitchen now in and bench tops on. Can't really see the bench tops because they are covered.

Locked Up

 Good progress has continued with the house now locked up. Walls are lined, electric cut out, staircase in, doors being hung and skirting boards commenced.
